Holly-Hunter
Holly Hunter was an American actor who was famous due to her roles in films Broadcast News The Firm The Piano The Incredibles. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards, including an Oscar for the movie Piano. Her acting career began on Broadway through a myriad of Broadway as well as Off Broadway initiatives. As a child, Helen Keller was her favourite character in a fifth class play. Mumps led her to lose hearing in one of her ear, however this did not stop her from following her dreams. The college she attended was drama before moving between Pittsburgh and moved to New York City to follow her goals. Hunter was stuck in the lift of playwright Beth Henley when she met her. They worked together to write Broadway Crimes of the Heart in which Hunter made her Broadway debut. Hunter made the move into Los Angeles and tried to land movie roles. In Swing Shift, she landed the role of a back-up. Her professional career spans over 30 years and she's appeared in numerous TV shows as well as series and films. Holly Hunter was awarded a Hollywood Walk of Fame Star as well as the Women in Film Lucy Award.
